My Labor of Love, A Ten Week Ayurveda Class

Ayurveda is a five thousand year old healthcare science and I have studied Ayurveda, practiced Ayurveda, taught Ayurveda and published two books on Ayurveda in the last thirty years. .

I want to empower people to be able to use Ayurveda effectively and confidently as a jewel in the self healthcare treasure box. I created a ten week one hour each Ayurveda online video course. 

I have taught hundreds of people using this course in my office.

My student patients become confident, and educated about their bodies. The benefits of understanding the simple but potent Ayurvedic principles helps folks guide their lives to balance their personalized lifestyle needs. 

I see rapid recovery and strong re-balancing in my student-patients as they understand and use the Ayurvedic science they are choosing to use as a healthcare system of wellness in their daily life.
