In India, Ayurveda is currently practiced by 500,000 Ayurvedic Doctors. Every disease known to mankind is treated using Ayurveda. One piece of analysis data I have seen is that Ayurveda is utilized by 6% of the Indian population. So that is 6% of 1.3 billion which is a lot of people. In India, Ayurveda has  governmental status regulated by AYUSH. This is an article that I screenshot from a major Indian newspaper to share basic information on Ayurveda and Coronavirus.
