Enzymes, heat, energy, force, becomes the  acidic system which  breaks down food and stimulates digestion. Gastric Juices can be impaired by your nervous system, digestive system, or immune system. When the gastric juices become impaired by too much HCL or too little HCL results in food toxins left in the body.
Gastric juices  kill microorganisms, toxins and foreign agents in the colon and small intestines. gastric juices is linked directly with longevity according to Ayuveda, the ancient system of healthcare.
Gastric juices(agni) maintain a healthy complexion or indicate an impaired gastric juices. The primary place in the body where the gastric juices play it's major role is the stomach. Ayurveda describes five different types of enzymes in the body that deal with tissue, water, acid, electric energy, and mineral enzyme activity. Five areas in the body where enzymatic action drives the function are the heart enzymes, eye enzymes, liver enzymes, small intestines enzymes, and skin enzymes. The seven tissue enzyme system in the ancient system  are plasma enzymes, red blood cells enzyme, muscle enzyme, fat enzymes, bone enzymes, nerve tissue enzymes, and semen enzymes and ovum enzymes completes the gastric enzyme system.
Simply eating fresh ginger by grating it, adding a squeeze of lime, a pinch of salt  before eating increases gastric secretions as a preparation for eating. If you are having gas, bloating, pain in stomach, fell your digestion is slow and heavy then simple food technique can give you relief.
